ACCOUNT Platform

The interface with your client!
The ACCOUNT platform allows access to specific reports for a specific account. You can pass the account access information to your customer who will be able to access the platform whenever they want to view their reports.

There are two possible ways to access the CONTA platform (Mobitraxx Client):
1. At www.mobitraxx.net click ACCOUNT in the footer menu or ...
​
2. ... type account.mobitraxx.online in the browser bar.

Accessing the ACCOUNT platform
​
When cresting an account, it is mandatory to assign a username and password. If you are not sure, confirm that you created the account in the WEB ADMINISTRATOR under REGISTERS / ACCOUNTS. Click on the pencil to open your account details and view your username and password.

WARNING!
​
The administrator must define which reports can be viewed on the ACCOUNT platform.

Updating data on the ACCOUNT platform
​
1. Click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Edit possible information or update password
