Checklists

 

Through the Mobitraxx PRO app, you can complete checklists, adding the following elements:

- item checking;

- observation of up to 8 characters;

- 1 image.

In order to be able to use the checklist filling in Mobitraxx PRO, it is necessary to add them.

Add a checklist

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR in REGISTERS / CHECKLISTS

  1. Click add

  2. Enter the name of the checklist

  3. If desired, complete relavant instructions to fill the checklist

  4. Also optional, enter a reference to be filled in. The reference is a general data to be inserted when filling out the checklist. Subsequently, the value of this data can be searched in the reports. For example, if the reference is "Vehicle license plate", this information will be requested when filling in and it will be possible to search the reports for checklists linked to a specific license plate.

  5. Add checklist items one by one

  6. Select the accounts where the checklist will be available

  7. SAVE

Edit a checklist

Click on the pencil next to the checklist to edit.

Delete a checklist

Click on the trash can next to the checklist to delete it.

To delete more than one checklist at the same time, check the checklists you want to delete and click "delete selection".

The use of CHECKLISTS is available on Mobitraxx PRO.
