INFO

The INFO command displays all relevant data from the Mobitraxx PRO or LITE application.

When you click on INFO, the following information is displayed:

​

- Application

- Account to which the device is linked

- Device description

- Plan under which the device is licensed

- Licensing end date

- Round to which the device is linked

- Application version

- Device brand / model

- Android version

- Call number (must be entered in the device registration)

- Identifier (the code to which the licensing is linked)

This last item is important and can be useful eventually. In case it is necessary to send the device identification code for an adjustment or support, there is a command to copy the code.

Other commands

​

Users - list of users allowed on the device.

​

Records - if there are records listed, they are retained on the device. This makes the INFO and RECORDS icons stay in red. To send the records, place yourself in a location with good quality internet services and the records will be sent. If they are not, click on SEND to force the sending.

​

Errors - Error logs, usually generated when the application tried to send records unsuccessfully due to lack of data service.
