Occurrences report

 

 

The OCCURRENCES report makes available all registered occurrences, standard of the system, such as OCCURRENCE LOG or PANIC, or created by the subscriber.

Issuance of the report

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR in REPORTS / OCCURRENCES

​

By default, the report indicates ALL ACCOUNTS within the last 24 hours and no filters applied.

​

  1. Select an account or all accounts.

  2. Establish the consultation period.

  3. Apply filters.

  4. Click on one of the following display styles

​

Metrics

 

Metrics provide data in a very visual way. They are composed of the following graphs:

​

1. ALL ACCOUNTS:

- proportion of occurrences per account

- percentage of incidence of occurrences in all accounts

- number of panic triggers per account

​

2. A specific account:

- percentage of incidence of occurrences

- number of panic triggers per device

​

Standard​

​

Organizes occurrence records in chronological order. Click on the arrow at the beginning of the line to expand the occurrence and view all details:

​

- initial occurrence information, user, location, device, account and occurrence location

- video and images of the occurrence

- operational user report

- monitor comments

​

Listing​

​

Lists the occurrences in a simple listing, displaying the occurrence, user, account, checkpoint, device and location in a single line.

​

OCCURRENCE reports are available to Mobitraxx PRO subscribers.
