Mobitraxx LITE

Replace a device

Replacing a device with another, in case of loss or damage, is quite common. This operation is very simple:

By the new device (recommended)

1. Install the Mobitraxx PRO or LITE app on the new device

2. Login to ADMIN

3. Select DEVICE

4. IF MOBITRAXX PRO: at the top of the screen select the account the device is linked to.

5. In "Replace another" select the device to be replaced

6. SAVE

By the WEB ADMINISTRATOR

1. Install the Mobitraxx PRO or LITE app on the new device

2. On the app's home screen, click INFO

3. Get the identifier code, there is a copy command to be able to forward it if possible

4. In the WEB ADMINISTRATOR access REGISTERS / DEVICES

5. Click on the pencil of the device to be replaced

6. Replace the identifier code

7. SAVE

8. Back to the mobile device, on the Mobitraxx PRO / LITE home screen, click UPDATE.
