Attendance report

This report allows the analysis of attendance activities. The attendance report can only be generated if there are attendances configured correctly.

Presents the attendance records, in different visualization styles.

Issuance of the report

At the WEB ADMINISTRATOR in REPORTS / ATTENDANCE

By default, the report indicates ALL ACCOUNTS within the last 24 hours and no filters applied.

Metrics

Metrics provide data in a very visual way. The metrics are composed of the following graphs:

1. If ALL ACCOUNTS:

- Percentage of general efficiency: considers performed and unperformed attendances of all accounts in the period, generating an index

- Percentage of efficiency per account: considers performed and unperformed attendances of each account in the period, generating an index

2. For a specific account:

- Percentage of efficiency: considers the attendance accomplished and not accomplished in the period, generating an index

- Accuracy: indicates how accurate the records were. The closer to the ideal time, the more accurate the presence

- Performance trend: Indicates whether the indices are better or worse compared to the previous period

- Critical checkpoints: indicates the checkpoints with the highest incidence of failures in the period

- Performance by time: indicates the average performance of attendance by time in the period

Standard

Organizes attendance records in chronological order. Click on the arrow at the beginning of the line to expand the presence and view all the details:

- user icon to view user's details

- device icon to view device's details

- location icons. Click on the icon to see the position of the presence on the map

- operating and monitor user comments

- additional filter: search for performed, not performed, commented attendance.

Listing

List of attendances in a simple list. Displays account, user, device and completion status.

Failures

Lists only attendance failures.

Descriptive

Displays the attendance settings.

ATTENDANCE reports are available to Mobitraxx PRO and Mobitraxx LITE subscribers.
